The Android app for these speakers sounds uber cool. Just pull up your favorite streaming service on your device of choice, and music comes out of the speakers. That’s approaching the endgame for digital audio. When 96/24 goes wireless economically, it’s done for all practical purposes. I would love to see this concept extended to 3-way floorstanders featuring the UniQ driver for under $2k. Does anyone know how the sound quality compares to the Dynaudio XEO? Reply The sample rate and bit depth will no doubt be determined by Airplay constraints on the Apple side – isn’t it 16/48? DLNA might be capable of more but I’m insufficiently versed in the technical nitty gritty of that protocol. Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
